You can delete your Duorang account and its data directly in the app. If you cannot access the app, you may also request deletion by email.
This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Korean version is the governing text.
Delete in the app
- Open the Duorang app and sign in.
- Go to the "Me" (settings) tab at the bottom.
- Tap Close account at the bottom and confirm.
Closing your account deletes your account and data immediately. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
⚠ Cancel your subscription first
Closing your account is not the same as cancelling your subscription. Your app store keeps the auto-renewing subscription and will keep charging you. To stop the charges, cancel separately:
- Android — Google Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Duorang → Cancel subscription
- iPhone / iPad — Settings → (your name) → Subscriptions → Duorang → Cancel Subscription
After cancelling, your pass stays valid until the period you already paid for ends. Refunds follow your app store's refund policy.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us with the account you signed up with and we will process the deletion after verifying your identity.
